Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new fit out opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with property developers, tenant representatives, corporate real estate teams, and design stakeholders.
* Lead sales initiatives and convert pitches into built projects, partnering with internal strategy, design, and delivery teams.
* Ensure projects meet client goals, delivering on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.
Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrated BDM success in any industry, commercial interiors, fit-out, or commercial construction ideal.

* Proven track record in exceeding revenue targets.
