About Eiwa Energy

EIWA Energy is a dynamic renewable energy developer with a robust footprint across the Asia-Pacific region. Founded in Japan in 2012, we specialize in utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects.

Since entering the Australian market in 2018, we have been dedicated to accelerating the clean energy transition. With over 800MW of projects successfully completed and a growing pipeline exceeding 3GW, we are at the forefront of the industry. Our hands-on approach covers the entire project lifecycle—from land acquisition and grid connection to final delivery—ensuring we build a sustainable future with innovation and integrity.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Admin Officer to join our Australian team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a career in finance while also gaining valuable exposure to the operational side of a renewable energy business. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and the Managing Director, playing a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and the finances on track.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Support:

* Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.

* Project Cost Tracking: Code and allocate expenses to specific utility-scale projects, ensuring all costs (development, construction, operational) are accurately recorded.

* Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims, verifying receipts and ensuring timely payments.

* Expense Management: Review and process employee reimbursements and corporate credit card statements.

Administration Support:

* Office Management: Assist with general office administration, including filing, document organisation, and maintaining office supplies.

* Executive Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required (e.g., scheduling, correspondence, preparing documents).

* Record Keeping: Maintain orderly financial and project files for audit and compliance purposes.

* Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal meetings or team events as needed.

About You

* Experience: Recent graduates or candidates with 1 year of relevant experience (including internships) are encouraged to apply.

* Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus.

* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

* Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a small-team environment.

* Communication: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); a proactive and helpful attitude.

Why Join Eiwa Energy?

* Purpose-Driven Work: Contribute to Australia's renewable energy future.

* Career Growth: Gain diverse experience in both finance and operations.

* Collaborative Culture: Join a close-knit, supportive team where your contribution matters.
