About The Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, your primary focus is to support your Centre Manager and when required step into this role.
You will work as part of the Senior Leadership team to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the centre operations for all our children and their families.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations
Support the running of the Centre including occupancy, ratio management and centre operating expenses
Work collaboratively with the enrolments team and conducting onsite tours
Engaging with families and the community and coordinate events
Roster and social media management
Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
As the Assistant Centre Manager, you are passionate about childcare, enjoy leading from the front to inspire, mentor, and develop our educators and future leaders.
Strong team leadership experience
Previous Assistant Centre Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education)
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current Valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
