As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store looks its best by maintaining well-stocked, neat, and tidy aisles. You'll provide welcoming and attentive service, answering questions and offering assistance when needed.
You will work closely with your team to receive and organize stock deliveries, utilizing your communication skills and initiative to ensure seamless operations. While previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, it's not essential for this role. Instead, we're looking for individuals who share our passion for working with food and people.
We require ongoing availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend. Your standard roster will be agreed upon based on your availability and operational requirements. Physical fitness for lifting and standing is also necessary.
Pay rates are determined by the General Retail Industry Award. The base hourly pay rate for level 1 adults is $33.19 for weekdays, $39.83 for Saturday, and $46.46 for Sunday. Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
