We are currently seeking a self-motivated professional as a Trainee Service Advisor to join our team at Automall West Group, Indooroopilly.
The Automall West Group operates out of the Indooroopilly shopping center on the very top floor.
If you have experience in the automotive industry, that is great, but it's not essential for this role. If you love working in a customer-facing role and are seeking a new challenge, we can provide the training needed to start that next step in your career.
This person will act as a crucial link between customers and the automotive service department, providing guidance, support, and excellent customer service.
We want this person to create relationships, develop and maintain them through the efficient provision of service.

The main duties of the Trainee Service Advisor role include:
1. Meeting and greeting customers
2. Taking inquiries and service bookings
3. Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
4. Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame
5. Gaining authorization for extra work
6. Writing up repair orders
7. Estimating for the customer the cost and time needed to complete a job
8. Helping to bring in new business through the provision of superior service to existing customers
The successful person will:
1. Appreciate high expectations of prestige vehicle owners
2. Have excellent personal presentation and superior customer service skills
3. Be highly organized with efficient work practices
4. Be willing to learn and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
5. Possess a valid driver's license, including manual transmission
