Job Description
- Lead and manage all technical aspects.
- Ensure compliance with SQF and company standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team to enhance skill development.
- Prepare and manage budgets for technical projects and operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Food Science or related field
- Experience leading QA/Food Safety in high-risk FMCG
- Hands‐on leader able to influence on the factory floor
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally (Operations, NPD, Maintenance and Engineering)
- Strong problem‐solving and root cause analysis skills
- Thrives in a rapid‐paced manufacturing environment
