Customer Service Representative

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will have the opportunity to work with customers and colleagues alike, providing exceptional service and support. As a Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to operating tills, you'll keep moving, keeping business booming and never be bored.



About the Role

* You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized store environment, working closely with retail colleagues to ensure every customer receives the service they deserve.

With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer experiences. Your passion for providing exceptional service will shine through as you help our customers find what they need, answering their questions and resolving any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Customers: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them find products and solutions to meet their needs.
2. Operate Tills: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card payments.
3. Restock Shelves: Restock merchandise, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
4. Bakery Duties: Assist with baking fresh goods and maintaining the bakery area.
5. Merchandise Non-Food Products: Efficiently merchandise and maintain middle aisles of Non-Food products.


Requirements

* You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* A flexible approach to work is essential, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work a variety of shifts.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable, but not essential.
* You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and committed to driving sales and achieving targets.
