At Watson Toyota Young, our reception team plays a key role in delivering the welcoming, professional experience our customers expect from Toyota. We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. No experience is required — trainees are encouraged to apply, with full training provided.
About the Role
This role is customer-focused and fast-paced, supporting our Sales and Service departments while ensuring the front desk runs smoothly each day.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers
•Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
•Assist customers with enquiries and connect them with the appropriate department
•Support the Service team with basic job card administration
•Assist with daily cash handling and EFTPOS reconciliation
•Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and customer lounge area
•Provide general administrative support to the dealership team
•Assist staff and customers as needed to ensure a positive experience
About You
•Friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
•Strong communication and people skills
•Organised and reliable, with attention to detail
•Comfortable in a busy team environment
•Willing to learn and take direction
•Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
