You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and expanding our market presence for secure and efficient international money transfers. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets and customer segments. Client Acquisition: Proactively source leads and acquire new retail and corporate clients. Strategic Partnerships: Build a strong agent and partner network. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue targets through effective strategies. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with international regulations. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor research. Reporting: Provide regular sales and performance reports to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development within financial services (remittance, banking, fintech). Strong understanding of the foreign exchange/remittance market and financial regulations. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
