Starting salary of $72,500 inclusive of Superannuation.

Application Process

Applications for our graduate program open on May 19th and close on July 6th. Candidates must upload their CV and answer the pre-screening questions via our application portal.

Assessment Centre

Successful candidates will be invited to attend our assessment centre day. You will have the opportunity to network with some of our current graduates to learn more about our program and company while also taking part in a group activity.

Interviews

The final interview will be conducted in person at our office locations. We will discuss your aspirations, problem-solving skills, technical concepts, and industry knowledge.

Offer Stage

Offers extended to Graduate Cohort for 2026 in August.


About the opportunity

Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You’ll get to:

* Contribute to the delivery of landscape & urban design projects including feasibility and due diligence, structure and precinct planning, project visioning and master planning
* Contributing to fee proposals
* Participating in multi-disciplinary workshops
* Contributing to landscape and urban design frameworks, planning permit applications and detailed subdivision yield analysis


About you

* Qualifications in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design within the last two years
* A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement
* An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
* Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication
* Previous experience in urban design, in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded


About Spiire

We are an integrated team of passionate civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, town planners, urban designers, water engineers, and visual media artists providing consultancy services to the property and infrastructure sectors. Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, and the ACT.
