Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join us. The focus of the role is to be an advocate for the health and wellbeing of our residents through our programs and services, empowering them to maintain their independence.
You will be based at Ardency Kennedy Place in Richmond, a vertical village boasting high-end wellness facilities. Additionally, you will be extending your expertise to Menzies in Malvern, where newly refurbished wellness facilities await.
About You
* A current AHPRA registration applicable to Allied Health qualifications.
* Highly developed communication skills and emotional empathy.
* Retirement Living experience and/or passion working with seniors.
* Able to work within a complex multidisciplinary team environment and autonomously.
* Computer literacy and ability to use applications (Word, Excel, databases).
* A driver's license with own transport.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with Home Care and Community care providers, Aged Care and Allied Health professionals.
* Evaluate initiatives and activities against customer key performance indicators (KPI's).
* Collate, analyse, evaluate, and present data on the health and wellbeing program for reporting and continuous improvement.
