Responsibilities
* Supervise a team undertaking administration for human resources processes including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, and staff leave management.
* Analyse human resource data and provide reports on leave management, workforce planning, professional development, performance management, and strategic planning.
* Advise the Principal/Leadership team on human resource management matters and provide reports as directed.
