Job Overview:
The role of Business Development Analyst is to provide expert support across departments, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive service enhancements.
* Servicing New Programs: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish and onboard new programs, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
* Process Optimisation: Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures, and work practices using Microsoft tools, with a focus on streamlining and improving efficiency.
* Innovative Solutions: Work with partner organizations and internal stakeholders to develop innovative system solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Functional System Deployment: Deploy functional system solutions and coordinate with ICT teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct UAT, develop test cases, and document outcomes using Microsoft tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* User Support: Create and maintain user documentation, service level agreements, WHS policies, and internal process guidelines to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
* Data Analysis: Analyze service utilisation trends, build SQL queries, and present findings through Power BI visualisations, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
