Salary: $45-$55 per hour depending on experience

TPW Automotive, an Auto-electrical & Mechanical vehicle repair & service business is now expanding its operations into crash repairs under TPW Crash Repair.
We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our team at TPW Crash Repair. We do a mix of insurance, private and fleet work. (No restoration work)

Job Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Spray painter, your primary responsibility will be to provide paint and minor dent repairs.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
* Mixing and matching paint (Solvent and Water-based) to achieve the desired results.
* Ensuring paint jobs are of great quality.
* Managing your time and workload to ensure jobs are completed within reasonable time.
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
* Fully Qualified Automotive Spray Painter.
* Proven experience as an Automotive spray painter with Minimum 2 years' experience.
* Ability to work independently & also as part of a team.
* In-depth knowledge of automotive paint materials, techniques, and tools.
* Proficient in colour mixing and matching to achieve accurate colour reproduction. (Solvent and Water-based Paints).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
* Hold an Australian Full Driver's license.
* A commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
