Building Supervisor - Renovations & Extensions

We are currently seeking a building supervisor to join our expanding construction team in 2026, driven by recent business growth.
This role will suit a career tradesperson looking to get off the tools, or an experienced building supervisor seeking a secure and financially stable employer with a steady flow of projects.
Addstyle undertakes projects across the Perth metro area in a variety of styles, from character home renovations to modern-architectural extensions. Projects range in value from $200,000 to over $2 million.
Established in 1988, over the past 37 years the company has won an unprecedented number of industry awards for excellence in construction and customer service.
Addstyle also delivers its award-winning standard by maintaining a low project manager to client ratio. With no more than 6-8 active projects per supervisor at any time.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
* A minimum of 10 years building experience in a trade and/or supervisor capacity.
* Experience in home renovations and extensions work.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to client relations.
* Professional attitude and appearance.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong local building and construction knowledge.
