Job Role Overview
This position is located within our fire safety division and involves attending customer sites to install, service and maintain portable fire equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure portable fire equipment meets Chubb Fire Safety quality standards
* Contribute to sales growth, increase market share and enhance net profitability
* Utilize power tools to install and repair portable fire equipment such as extinguishers, hose reels, fire doors, access and egress paths and blankets
* Provide exceptional customer service and on-site advice
Requirements:
* Certificate II in Fire Protection or willingness to obtain with in-house training
* Australian citizenship
* Current driver's license
* Construction industry white card or ability to obtain one
* Strong customer service skills and effective communication with clients
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work away from home when required
* Demonstrate efficiency through prior experience of time and route planning
* Be a proactive team member
