From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, you will be the driving force behind flawless execution, ensuring every aspect is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your Event Planning expertise throughout our property at The Star Gold Coast.A few of your responsibilities:Manage all aspects of event planning, from concept development to post-event evaluationDevelop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targetsLiaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding expectationsCollaborate with our talented culinary team to curate exceptional menus and remarkable dining experiencesMaintain a keen understanding of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planningWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industriesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersProficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor coordinationExceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain cool under pressureA passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesAbout you:With your exceptional organisational skills and event planning background, you will take pride in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
