The Opportunity
As part of a significant transformation, we are building a new team of Learning and Capability Experts to support our mission. Reporting to the Organisational Capability Design and Development Manager, you will translate business needs into capability solutions, using performance consulting and learning expertise to foster a learning culture across Regis.
Your Role
You will design and develop frameworks across various subject areas and workforce segments, translating business needs into effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scope learning needs across the organization
2. Design and develop learning solutions
3. Manage projects
4. Engage and consult with stakeholders
5. Evaluate learning impact and effectiveness
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualification in learning and development, education, or related field
* Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
* Experience with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Gagne's 9 Events)
* Proficiency with authoring and digital learning tools, social learning, and neurosciences
* Experience with gamification, VR, immersive learning techniques
* Ability to design learning transfer evaluation models
* Strong project, budget, and stakeholder management skills
