Job Summary
The Fundraising Manager role involves developing, delivering and monitoring plans for income generation across various activities and products.
The goal is to meet financial targets through exceptional stewardship of existing and new supporters.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and monitor fundraising strategies across multiple channels.
* Provide outstanding donor care to achieve financial objectives and retain supporter base.
* Collaborate with colleagues to organize events, campaigns and appeals to attract new supporters and grow unrestricted income.
* Build relationships with individual, group and corporate supporters to sustain, grow and diversify income streams.
* Promote fundraising activities and opportunities through marketing and promotion.
* Oversee the planning and delivery of a new lottery initiative.
* Present key findings and insights to stakeholders to inform audiences about the charity's impact and case for support.
* Process and record income in line with financial procedures.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM database system.
* Stay up-to-date on fundraising laws, regulations and best practices.
