Commencing ASAP Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm - casual role $40.56 per hour inclusive of casual loading Cameron Park location Energetic and dynamic team Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Logistics Administration Officer to support the day to operations of a busy office. This is a temp to perm role which provides direct assistance to the sales, operations and logistics teams with tracking client orders and keeping clients updated with the status of their order. The ideal candidate will possess: Key Duties and Responsibilities Firm understanding of logistics Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Ensure rapid response to delivery/orders status enquiries, building rapport with clients. Facilitating in the inward and outward of services Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's Forecast delivery targets and ensure they are met by the team. Help all team members represent the company in the best light. Help other staff members by training and mentoring to help develop best practice within our company. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities. Understand the company's goal and purpose so that they will continue to enhance the company's performance. All systems, protocols and procedures to be strictly adhered to. Assist other team members and management staff with various duties as required.
