About the Role The primary purpose of the HR Manager WA is to support the development and implementation of effective human resources frameworks, policies, procedures and programs to ensure Ahrens and its subsidiaries can attract, retain, develop and manage a highly engaged and committed workforce. This role will work closely with the WA General Managers to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of human resources functions including workforce planning, performance management, industrial/employee relations, development and training. Reporting to the GM - HSQE & People, the HR Manager WA will also develop and implement key change management strategies and services to improve staff and business performance with an emphasis on developing a positive organisational culture. Skills and Experience The successful candidate must have extensive generalist HR experience at the management level or as a business partner, with sound knowledge of the National Employment Standards and relevant legislation and regulations. Ahrens is seeking a driven and dynamic HR professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and influence a range of stakeholders. This role requires strong experience in interpreting modern awards and providing pragmatic solutions, as well as strong negotiation and mediation skills.
