We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Parking Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our valet parking team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every aspect of the valet experience meets our premium standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring the valet team to deliver outstanding customer service;
* Overseeing daily operations, including management of staff and resources;
* Identifying trends and opportunities for service and operational improvements;
* Collaborating with the Valet Parking Supervisor to achieve shared goals and objectives.
