Role Description
Building on our strong track record in Power Platform delivery, we are expanding our team to support a growing portfolio of strategic engagements. We are seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to act as a critical bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
In this role, you will lead requirements discovery, translate business needs into actionable deliverables, and guide product development lifecycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with organisational objectives and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements discovery across multiple business units; produce clear user stories and acceptance criteria
* Own and manage the product backlog, including refinement, prioritisation, and trade-off decisions
* Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies, clarifying scope, validating deliverables, and providing continuous feedback
* Translate business objectives into technical requirements and delivery plans
* Develop process flows, functional specifications, and integration views
About You
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in enterprise software delivery
* Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
* Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft 365)
* Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence leading discovery sessions and Agile ceremonies
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority
Qualifications
* Proven capability in business analysis, including eliciting, documenting, and structuring requirements
* Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify insights, and inform decision-making
* Experience in business process optimisation and driving operational efficienciesAbility to bridge business and technical perspectives effectively
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
* Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum experience highly regarded)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
