Building on foundational work delivered through a pilot project, the next stage will be a semester-based rollout beginning in late 2025. In parallel, the project also includes development and implementation of system enhancements based on user feedback and evolving needs. A key aspect of the project is ensuring staff are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the implementation to support effective use of the system. To achieve this, the project is seeking a Training and Communications Officer to work closely with the Change Manager in delivering fit-for-purpose stakeholder communications, learning materials and system training. What is the expectation from this role? The Training and Communications Officer will be responsible for developing high-quality training content, delivering targeted training sessions, and executing clear and engaging communications to support the project rollout. The role requires someone proactive, organised, and experienced in translating complex systems and processes into clear, accessible resources for diverse audiences. Roles and Responsibilities: Support the Change Manager in readiness assessments and change impact analysis. Design and execute stakeholder communication plans in collaboration with the Change Manager. Develop training content, including quick reference guides, user manuals, videos, and presentation material. Plan and facilitate training sessions and onboarding workshops tailored to different user groups. Publish communications such as newsletters, announcements, FAQs, and briefing decks through a range of channels including the intranet, learning portal and external platforms. Maintain version control and accessibility of training and communication materials via SharePoint or equivalent platforms.
