A highly respected and established home builder is on the hunt for a driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic team at the Warnervale and Watagan Park display homes.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Be the welcoming face of the display homes, creating a warm, professional first impression for visitors
* Qualify incoming leads and guide prospective buyers through initial consultations
* Assist in presenting and discussing floor plans, customisations, and lifestyle options
* Support Senior Sales Consultants with client follow-ups, paperwork, and coordination with internal teams
* Liaise with estimators and drafting to assist in preparing sales documents
* Maintain the display homes to a high standard and represent the brand proudly
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a sales, real estate, building, or front-of-house/customer service role
* A passion for residential property and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
* Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Comfortable working weekends (with weekdays off)
