About the Role
Reporting to the Duty Manager, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our multi venue operations located at Gold Coast Airport.
As a leader and problem solver, you will guide and support our diverse and friendly team, empowering them to reach their full potential. We're offering Part-Time and Full-Time positions for passionate hospitality professionals who want to be part of a global organisation and a career within the hospitality industry.

What skills and experience are we looking for?
* Manage and lead FOH Team through ongoing leadership, providing clear direction on a daily/weekly basis.
* Training new employees and coaching team members.
* Monitoring labor costs, wastage, and operational efficiency.
* Managing inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies when required.
* Handling customer complaints and resolving service issues.
* Coordinating with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain client relationships with partners and airport authorities.
* Drive, monitor and respond to audits delivering full compliance, risk management and overall ensure that best practice within operations is fully delivered.
* Assisting with cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
