About the role
As an Administrative Assistant to the Strata Manager at Platinum Strata Management in Gosford, NSW, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Strata Manager. This is a full-time role, responsible for maintaining efficient office operations and assisting with the coordination of strata management activities.
What you'll be doing
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Strata Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
* Assist with the coordination of strata meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documents
* Process and manage incoming enquiries, requests, and complaints from strata owners and tenants
* Contribute to the maintenance of strata management software and databases
* Support the Strata Manager with the preparation of reports, financial statements, and other documentation
* Liaise with external service providers, such as tradespeople and contractors, to facilitate the smooth running of strata operations
* Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within the strata management or real estate industry
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
* Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office and strata management software
* Knowledge of strata management legislation and regulations, or a willingness to learn
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
* A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Experience with strata management software (e.g., Strata Master, Console, or similar platforms)
* Minimum Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with appropriate work rights
* Strata management certification or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications (desirable)
