About the role
The role of National Strategic Partnerships Manager has been created to work closely with the executive leadership team to further develop strategies for continued rapid growth. The successful candidate will identify, develop, and manage corporate partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance the company's market position. They will leverage expertise in partnership management to create and implement mutually beneficial strategies that maximize the value of partnerships within the healthcare, government, and commercial sectors. This includes establishing strategic corporate partnerships with private hospitals, health funds, retirement villages, financial planners, and others to generate volume referrals and new business.
About you
You are an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager with a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, a commercial mindset, and familiarity with navigating government and not-for-profit sectors. A highly motivated self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills, you possess a strategic growth orientation and a proven ability to negotiate mutually beneficial high-impact partnership agreements in the B2B space, resulting in material revenue increases. The organisation's growth goals over the next five years support ongoing career development opportunities.
