Contract Administrator Location: Canberra Contract Role | 3 Months (with potential for extension) Start Date: ASAP This is a hands-on contract position ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment. Key Responsibilities Provide contract administration support including procurement, trade analysis, scope reviews, and compliance documentation. Support both internal and client-side administrative requirements. Monitor and report on project budgets and subcontractor performance. Generate site and safety reports using Hammertech or similar platforms. Adapt quickly to construction software and digital tools used across the project lifecycle. About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can hit the ground running and add value from day one. You will have: A formal qualification in Building/Construction Proven experience in projects valued up to $15M. Strong knowledge of GC21 contracts and their application. Previous experience working on school infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Strong contract admin skills and an eye for detail in compliance and documentation. Competency with digital construction platforms – Hammertech knowledge preferred. The ability to communicate clearly, work well in a team, and maintain high standards of work under tight deadlines.
