**The Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice and support to identify and manage psychosocial hazards and risks, including liaising with senior leaders to understand strategic influences and impacts.
- Leading and maturing the work health and safety psychosocial risk management framework and governance arrangements.
- Coordinating delivery of mental health and wellbeing programs.
- Supporting the department's internal and external engagements in relation to psychosocial safety, wellbeing and other related topics.
**Qualifications and Education**
- Master of Organisational Psychology (mandatory)
