Clinical Director Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced Clinical Director to join a well-established, highly respected small animal practice in Staffordshire.

The team is the backbone of the practice, with many members having over 20 years of dedicated service. This creates a welcoming, close-knit atmosphere where mentorship, shared knowledge, and clinical excellence are at the core of everything they do.

The clinical team includes a certificate holder in Ophthalmology and three others working towards certificates in Surgery, ECC, and Acupuncture. This reflects a strong commitment to continuous development and growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, shape, and guide an established clinical team. You will have the autonomy and platform to drive clinical excellence, grow services, and develop the team within a well-resourced, forward-thinking practice.

* Advanced procedures such as laparoscopic surgery, orthopaedics, and ophthalmology referrals
* Digital X-ray, ultrasound, large and small endoscopes, electrocautery, cryotherapy, ophthalmic loops, a full range of dental and orthopaedic surgical equipment

Benefits and Opportunities:

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that values clinical excellence and continuous development. The practice has a strong focus on delivering exceptional care to its patients and their owners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Director to take their career to the next level and make a real impact on the lives of animals and their families.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified and experienced Clinical Director with a passion for delivering exceptional care and driving clinical excellence.

You should have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of veterinary professionals.

A certificate or diploma in a relevant field, such as surgery or ophthalmology, would be advantageous but not essential.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
