Responsibilities
* Proven experience in leading high volume retail stores, developing and coaching large teams
* Have strong change management skills, with a focus on team-building and effective communication to foster a positive work culture
* Strong commercial acumen; including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and hitting financial targets and KPI’s
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, manage expectations and collaborate as a team player
* Promotes a safe workplace through leadership and hazard reporting
* Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, whilst maintaining productivity and efficiency
* Maintain operational excellence in inventory, scheduling, compliance, store process and safety
