About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personalized support to enhance client experiences, including directions, transportation, facility location assistance, and ensuring comfort and stress-free interactions.
* Greeting clients and guests, offering information about our establishment, and assisting with appointment bookings.
* Coordinating transportation, scheduling appointments, and organizing activities or referrals upon request.
* Performing general tasks such as delivering mail and photocopying documents.
* Supporting clients by resolving issues, responding to inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
* Providing accurate directions and relevant local information as required.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local services and resources.
