We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team at ClearCompany's Sorrento Store.
Previous experience working in retail will be highly advantageous. Must be available and flexible to work during the week and weekends.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining exceptional customer care standards
* Ensuring high visual merchandising standards through attention to detail
* Analysing and organising stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
* Stock management duties: receiving new stock, processing and movement of stock to keep the store looking fresh
* Effectively multi-tasking and balancing customer care with other duties required
* Working independently as well as part of a team
* Showing initiative and a desire to challenge yourself in your work
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Retail experience is essential
* Experience in high-volume retail stock processes is highly regarded
* A keen eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
* Personal standards that meet our superior customer service expectations
* The ability to conduct daily replenishment of floor stock
