Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee and optimise the performance, safety, and compliance of our expanding fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
* Schedule and oversee vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
* Ensure all fleet operations comply with Australian transport and safety regulations.
* Monitor and analyse fleet performance, maintenance costs, and fuel usage.
* Implement and manage fleet tracking systems and accurate record-keeping.
* Liaise with mechanics, service providers, and suppliers to maintain vehicle standards.
* Coordinate vehicle allocation, check-in/check-out, and return processes.
* Supervise and support staff involved in vehicle logistics and servicing.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or transport/logistics.
* Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet management systems.
* Knowledge of Australian transport regulations and occupational health and safety standards.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
Desirable:
* Qualifications in Business, Accounting, logistics, automotive management, or a related field.
* Previous experience in the car rental or automotive services industry.
