Enhancing our portfolio are falsework and shoring, screen solutions, Jacking Systems (also known as Jumpform), complimented by our advanced engineering capabilities.
Central to our diverse operations is a talented administration team across our 17 locations Nationally. We currently have an opportunity to join our administration team in Adelaide to support our national Jumpform projects. You will be working with a dedicated local team, supported by a Sydney Head Office and collaborating with the national Jumpform team.
Whilst key experience and capabilities are important for this role, what is more important is that you are solutions focussed, and can thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Our Administrators are the essential connection point between our sales and operations teams, and our clients, so the ability to manage and maintain relationships will also be key to your success.
An immediate start is available to the right candidate.
Along with your high attention to detail and effective communication skills, there are some "need to haves" to be successful in this role.
The fundamental need to haves:
· Experience in processing orders, accounts, credits
· Knowledge of stock/finance software
· Excellent client service skills
· Be a proactive team player
· Be a problem-solver and solutions-generator
