The opportunity
As our Manageror Senior Manager you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of clients from large multinational companies across a broad range of industries to small start-ups.
Working closely with our broader international and corporate tax specialists across the EY network in Australia and overseas you would be part of an integrated team striving to help our clients thrive in a global environment.
This role is based in Boorloo Perth.
Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Your key responsibilities
Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and business economic and financial knowledge to help resolve client challenges.
Support Partners on high-level engagements including transfer pricing reviews audits and Advance Pricing Arrangements with the ATO and other tax authorities.
Manage engagements and maintain day-to-day client relationships including participating in meetings with clients and tax authorities.
Review transfer pricing analyses documentation and models prepared by team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
Mentor train and support the development of team members fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
Skills and attributes for success
Ideally you'll have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
We're interested in your aptitude attitude and willingness to learn.
Possess at least 5 years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm corporate tax consulting or legal environment.
Demonstrate good drafting skills the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation and advise clients on the implications.
Have experience in assimilating complex information and data sources to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations.
Exhibit strong teaming and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
Show strong commercial acumen staying abreast of wider legal economic environmental and political factors that influence transfer pricing.
Exceptional client service orientation and a collaborative approach to teaming are essential.
Hold an Economics degree Accounting degree Legal degree Certified Practising Accountant or Chartered Accountant qualification.
Financial modelling Excel skills AI skills and Bloomberg skills are beneficial.
Financial services experience is preferred but not necessary.
