Stryker is seeking an experienced Robotic Surgical Specialist to join the Joint Replacement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for surgical innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff during Mako-assisted procedures.
* Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform.
* Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
* Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
