You'll work alongside in-centre Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists in a truly collaborative environment—supporting individuals to achieve their goals through holistic, person-centred approaches.
About the Role
As an Intrinsic Occupational Therapist, you'll:
Manage a mixed caseload tailored to your interests (NDIS, DVA, HCP, CHSP, private, and more)
Adults and/or Paeds
Deliver assessment and therapy services across clinic, home, and community settings
Provide individualised support including functional assessments, therapeutic interventions, equipment prescription, and home modifications (simple to complex)
Collaborate daily with our on-site multidisciplinary team (Speech & Physio) to ensure coordinated, wraparound support for clients
Structure your own schedule around client needs and your work-life balance
Based in our Toowoomba allied health centre
Relocation packages available for those moving from interstate or regional areas
What You'll Need
Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) + Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Evidence of mandatory vaccinations
Bonus: Experience in Functional Capacity Assessments or home mods
