Marine Solutions Australia, a growing leader in the unique superyacht industry on the Gold Coast, is seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service & Admin Officer. As a distributor and dealer of various premium marine products, we offer an exciting, full-time role with strong growth opportunities.
Key Details:
* Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
* Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
* Schedule works and jobs across the team.
* Coordinate sales of components and spare parts.
* Process timesheets and assist with invoicing.
* Utilize Xero accounting software in day-to-day operations.
About You:
* Experience with Xero (preferred).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* A customer-focused, positive attitude.
