There are two positions open, one is reception and the other is administration.
Reception duties/tasks you will perform are:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at reception
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Organising couriers as required
- Managing internal calendars
- Processing transactions and receipting money
- General workplace organising and maintenance
Skills and attributes needed for Reception:
- Impeccable appearance and attire
- Professional communication style / behaviour
- Ensuring client confidentiality at all times
- Exceptional skills in customer services
- Great phone manners and communication
Administration duties/tasks you will perform are:
- Providing administrative support as required
- Maintaining internal spreadsheets
- Creating and maintaining physical files as per standard
- General photocopying, scanning and filing duties
- Safe custody
- Extract files for lawyer where required for meetings
- Organising client appointments, meetings and arrangements
- Overflow word processing / dictation transcription
- General file management
- Working on company software's and Microsoft Software's
Skills and attributes needed for Administration:
- Impeccable appearance and attire
- Professional communication style / behaviour
- Ensuring client confidentiality at all times
- Able to maintain a tidy and organised workplace environment
- Well experienced with Microsoft Software's
- Ability to prioritise duties and tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Competent computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to prioritise requirements
- High-level written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in the Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Willing to work as well as complete your course work to gain a Certificate III in Legal Services
