Administrative Support Opportunity
This is a flexible part-time hours role that involves working as an administrator or personal assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phones, liaising with staff and clients, word processing documents, invoicing, and organizing meetings.
* Personal assistant duties and functions
* Answering phones and communicating with internal staff and external clients
* Collaborating with engineers to ensure administrative information remains up-to-date and deadlines are met
* Preparing documents including proposals, reports, and specifications
* Issuing invoices
* Coordinating meetings and site visits
* Other general administrative responsibilities
Previous administration experience is essential for success in this role.
Key qualifications:

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with invoicing and document preparation
