Job Summary
The Senior HR Advisor plays a pivotal role in serving as the primary HR partner for site-based and operational teams. This key position requires an individual to provide strategic advice on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management
* Process employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, responding promptly and professionally
* Collaborate with employees to drive engagement programs, wellbeing initiatives, and professional development efforts
* Maintain accurate and confidential HR systems and employee records
* Support the preparation of HR reports, data insights, and process improvements
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5+ years of experience in HR, coordination, or advisory, accompanied by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a hands-on, operational environment is highly valued.
