Job Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on-site through the inspection, maintenance and servicing of lifting equipment. This role requires hands-on experience in a manufacturing background, excellent customer focus and strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Support with on and off-site inspections of lifting equipment
* Inspect and install height safety systems
* Conduct regular maintenance and service repairs on product and equipment
* Build strong relationships with customers and provide relevant advice on quality products
