ASO2 - Administrative Officer, Statewide Services

The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining general office administrative processes, procedures, and systems to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of business and discipline support tasks. This role supports local office disciplines to achieve their service objectives by providing consistent and holistic administrative assistance. The Administrative Officer reports to the designated Business Support Partner for day-to-day line management and works closely with the assigned discipline team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain general office administrative processes, procedures, and systems to support timely delivery of business and discipline support tasks.
- Provide administrative assistance to the designated Business Support Partner and discipline team for cohesive operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent administrative support across the office.

Special conditions
- The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed; this must be renewed every five years before expiry.
- The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN – EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course; this must be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO2 $58,709 - $63,154 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
