The successful applicant will be responsible for managing front of house, launching and maintaining successful operations, training and mentoring staff, meeting with teams, and handling administrative tasks.
The role requires a passionate and experienced professional who prioritizes quality produce and suppliers, working under the direction of an established Victorian food community leader.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Guest Service Excellence: Manage front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
 * Successful Launch and Operation: Ensure seamless launch and consistent operation of the restaurant.
 * Team Development: Train and mentor staff to foster personal growth and career advancement.
 * Team Management: Regularly meet and establish relationships with both front of house and back of house teams.
