In this role, key responsibilities include supervising employees, training and development, operational management, cash handling, and financial management.
Additional duties will include:
* Operational responsibility for a cinema complex, including monitoring customer service and performing duties associated with day-to-day operations.
* Administration tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to fulfill administrative duties.
* Maintenance of technical equipment within the cinema, including lighting, sound systems, computers, and other technical equipment.
* Maintaining a secure working environment in every department, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all personnel.
* Proficiency in reporting systems, including end-of-week and end-of-day procedures.
* Roster management and accuracy in timesheet management.
* Cash handling and associated procedures.
