Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate Automation Test Engineer to perform quality engineering activities, focus on delivering valuable outcomes, and ensure alignment with client and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience with Salesforce – PRM Module and TOSCA automation
Test planning skills using standard processes and frameworks
Leading small teams in testing service delivery from inception to closure
Strong technical skills in CI/CD, SQL, middleware, AWS, GCP, and/or messaging systems
Testing leadership for smaller work segments
Creating test documentation including plans and summary reports
Scoping and estimating test efforts
Identifying, managing, and escalating risks and issues
Managing changes in delivery following established processes
Contributing to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and innovation
Mentoring less experienced personnel
Reporting on all aspects of delivery
Deep understanding of automation tools, both commercial and open source
Required Capabilities and Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Test Analyst with Banking clients
Experience leading testing delivery for small to medium projects
Experience working within larger project teams
Over 5 years of experience in automation development and maintenance
Proficiency with CI/CD tools and SQL
