The Guest Service Generalist is responsible for completing daily Front Office & Food & Beverage functions, ensuring that all owners and guests receive efficient and courteous service and making them feel welcome throughout their stay through a proactive and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
* Food & Beverage functions such as preparing and serving food and beverages
* Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, check in/out, answering telephone and email inquiries, portage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit procedures
* Utilize administrative equipment such as email, basic Word and Excel documentation and credit card settlement machines

What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a food and beverage, café, bar or hotel workplace is desirable
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Current Food Safety Certificate
* Excellent communication with strong interpersonal skills
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
* Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
* Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, mornings, evenings and school holiday periods across a 7-day roster
* Current driver's licence (preferable)
