Marketing Lead Position
Seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead impactful initiatives in a dynamic industrial sector.
As a key member of our team, you will drive marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign execution across our diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the Asia Pacific marketing strategy aligned with our company vision.
* Lead product launch campaigns across mining, industrial, and quarry sectors.
* Manage marketing activities via CRM, ensuring performance tracking and optimisation.
* Oversee creation of marketing assets—brochures, case studies, videos, presentations, and digital content.
* Coordinate advertising, media releases, sponsorships, and event marketing.
* Maintain strong relationships with publications, suppliers, and customer marketing teams.
* Partner with the CSS team to deliver the annual Net Promoter Score initiative.
Brand Management:
* Ensure consistent brand application across all platforms and materials.
* Maintain and evolve corporate templates, merchandise, and uniforms in line with sustainability goals.
Sales Support:
* Align marketing efforts with regional and national sales strategies.
* Support CRM optimisation and competitor tracking.
* Develop targeted campaigns and engagement materials.
* Provide branded merchandise and presentation tools to sales teams.
Internal Communications:
* Partner with People & Culture to support internal communications and change initiatives.
Budget & Agency Management:
* Manage agency partnerships.
Leadership & Team Development:
* Lead and mentor the Marketing Team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
You are a seasoned marketing leader with years of strategic B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within industrial sectors such as mining, conveyor and heavy engineering. You bring a strong track record in leading teams, engaging executive stakeholders, and delivering high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives.
Your expertise spans thought leadership and content strategy across multiple formats—written, digital, audio, and visual - allowing you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. With a creative and curious mindset, you connect ideas, data, and insights to develop marketing that truly cuts through.
You're known for your collaborative and influential style, confidently engaging senior stakeholders and securing their active contribution. You hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Your strengths include copywriting, social media management using tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Sendible, and digital literacy across Microsoft Office and Teams.
